agenda for the general meetings and the monthly board meetings. Call her with

President Elect/Membership – Kate Feldman

In charge of membership for MOMS. Responsible for communicating
with prospective members which includes mailing membership information and a
newsletter to prospective members. Responsible for integrating new members into
MOMS which includes mailing a new member packet to all new members, submitting
a debutante notice for each new member to the newsletter editor, and reporting
all new moms to the expectant mom support coordinator. She is currently serving
her 1st year of a 3 year commitment to MOMS.

Past President/National Representative – Val Tucker

Liaison between MOMS of Littleton and our national affiliate,
NOMOTC, and the Colorado affiliate, CPOM. Advisory position on all aspects of
MOMS. She is currently serving her final year of her 3 year commitment to MOMS.

Responsible for planning and organizing the speakers/event for
each monthly meeting. Can answer any questions regarding upcoming events,
meetings, times, and locations of all MOMS events.

Responsible for managing all financial aspects of MOMS. In
charge of clothing sale checks. She is now serving her first year of a two year
commitment to MOMS.

meetings and maintaining the club's records. She is now serving her

Responsible for planning and organizing all of the social events
for MOMS, except playgroups.

Clothing Sale Coordinators – Jeri Ferree, Chair and Susan Weitkunat, Co-Chair

Responsible for planning, organizing and running MOMS clothing
and equipment sales. Chairperson will serve on the board the first half of the
MOMS year (September to March) and co-chairperson will serve on the board the
second half (April to August). Either can answer any questions regarding MOMS
clothing and equipment sales.

Community Outreach Coordinator – J. C. Hardison

Responsible for assisting families with multiples and others in
need in the Denver Metro area by offering assistance with baby and kid
clothes, equipment, diapers, formula and groceries. The families that are
helped have a variety of situations causing them to need help either for the
short run or the long run.

Data Coordinator (Dues, Address, Phone Number or E-mail Change) – Beckie Dague

Responsible for maintaining MOMS membership database.
Responsible for printing nametags and distributing same at meetings, events,
and sales. She also creates and prints the MOMS roster and the labels each
month for the newsletter. She also maintains the database MOMS uses for
clothing sale mail-out advertisements. She collects yearly dues.

Expectant Mom Support – Kristine Mabry

Responsible for organizing support meeting for expectant MOMS members.

Responsible for keeping a history of MOMS, including photographing
all MOMS events and creating an annual scrapbook.

Meal Coordinator – Kara Sobieski

Responsible for organizing the meal program and making sure
those in need of a meal receive one, such as moms who have just delivered their
multiples or those going through a rough time.

Responsible for organizing and implementing the support mom
network and new MOMS members. Mails packets of information to support moms to
assist in the support of new members.

Designs, edits and prints monthly newsletter. Collects
information for the newsletter including birth announcements, sale/wanted ads,
event information, member-written articles, and more.
