2026 Proposed Bylaw ChangesÂ
We’re proposing a change to our bylaws to better align our board transition timeline with our fiscal year—and to avoid leadership turnover during the already busy month of May.
Proposal:
- Move the board slating process back to July
- Have the new board officially take over on August 1, when our fiscal year starts
We believe this adjustment will allow for a smoother transition, improved planning, and a more manageable schedule for everyone involved.

- Yes – to approve the proposed change
- No – to keep the current timeline
