2026 Proposed Bylaw Changes 

We’re proposing a change to our bylaws to better align our board transition timeline with our fiscal year—and to avoid leadership turnover during the already busy month of May.

Proposal:

• Move the board slating process back to July
• Have the new board officially take over on August 1, when our fiscal year starts

We believe this adjustment will allow for a smoother transition, improved planning, and a more manageable schedule for everyone involved.

Please vote:

• Yes – to approve the proposed change
• No – to keep the current timeline
