All new and returning sellers must register on My Consigment Manager.  Previous sellers must transfer all items intended for sale in MyCM. No need to re-tag items

Car Seat Requirements
Car Seats are required to have the Car Seat Requirements Form attached to sell.Â
Volunteer Information
What to Wear (Volunteer)
- Saturday: Any blue shirt
- Sunday: Red MOMS shirt
If you haven’t purchased a red MOMS shirt yet, you can buy one at check-in.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothing — some roles require lots of walking.
Volunteer Check-In
- Go to the MOMS tent located in the back of the event space.
- Arrive a few minutes early so you’re ready for your shift.
- Reach out to Hanna if you have questions about the volunteer job you signed up for!Â
Food & Drinks for Volunteers
- We’ll provide:
- Saturday: Drinks & snacksÂ
- Sunday: Breakfast, lunch, drinks, and snacks
- Have allergies? Bring your own food — fridge and microwave available.
- Pumping mothers are welcome — we can easily accommodate your needs
Volunteer Training & Support
- We’ll provide training at the start of your shift.
Your leads will guide you and answer questions throughout the sale.
Seller Information
Item Drop-Off
- Friday, March 6th @ 4:00 – 5:30 PM
(open drop-off window — no need to register for a time)
Douglas County Fairgrounds, Event Center
(500 Fairgrounds Rd, Castle Rock, CO 80104)
How it works:
- Drive around to the back of the Event Center.
- Pull up, pop your trunk, and our volunteers will take care of the rest!
- If you’re dropping items in reusable bins, label your seller number on both the lid and base of the bin for return.
Sorting & Pick-Up
- If you choose to keep your unsold items, you must attend the mandatory sorting shift:
- Saturday, March 4th
- Starts at 2:30 PM and goes until all items are sorted.
- If you’re donating unsold items, you do not have to attend sorting (but you’re welcome to help!).
- Items must be marked for donation in MyCM tags.
Important: If you don’t collect your unsold items, a $50 donation fee will be deducted from your commission check.
Commission Checks
- Mailed about 2 weeks after the Sale.
- You can view your total in MyCM right after the Sale closes.
- Commission percentages may take a few days to adjust based on volunteer shifts.
